Questions

About your card

What is the membership card?

It's a digital membership card for regulars at our venues, kept on your phone in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Show it when you pay and you'll get your member discount. Discounts and terms vary by venue, so if you're not sure what yours includes just ask the team at the bar.

Does my card work at all three venues?

It depends on your card. Student and Staff Partner cards work at all three of our venues. Other membership cards work at the venue they were issued for. If you're not sure which yours is, just ask the team at the bar.

Why do the emails come from Lightning Bolt Entertainment?

Lightning Bolt Entertainment is the company that runs our venues and their membership cards. Emails about your card come from loyalty@lightningboltentertainment.co.uk with your venue's name as the sender, so you can trust them if you see that address.

I have an old printed card. Does it still work?

Yes, for now. We'll keep honouring existing printed cards until 31 December 2026, so there's plenty of time to switch to your digital card. After that, you'll need your digital card to get your discount.

Claiming your card

How do I claim my digital card?

Existing members will get an email from their venue with a personal link. Tap the link, check your marketing preferences, and your card is ready to add to your phone. You don't need to create a password.

I haven't received the email

Have a look in your spam or junk folder, and check for emails from loyalty@lightningboltentertainment.co.uk. If it isn't there, email us from the address you signed up with and we'll help you get your card.

The link in my email doesn't work

Each link is personal to you, so it won't work if it has been forwarded to someone else. If yours isn't working, email us from the address you signed up with and we'll send you a new one.

Adding it to your phone

How do I add my card to Apple Wallet?

On your iPhone, open your claim link and tap Add to Apple Wallet, then tap Add. Your card will then be in the Wallet app. If the button doesn't do anything, try opening the link in Safari rather than inside your email app.

How do I add my card to Google Wallet?

On your Android phone, open your claim link and tap Add to Google Wallet. You'll need to be signed in to a Google account on your phone. If the Google Wallet app isn't installed you can get it free from the Google Play Store.

I've deleted the card, or I've got a new phone

No problem! Email us from the address you signed up with and we'll send you a new link, so you can add your card to your phone again.

At the bar

My card won't scan at the till

Turn your screen brightness up and try again. If it still won't scan, just let the team know. They can look up your membership and make sure you get your discount.

I've lost my phone or can't find my card

Email us from the address you signed up with and we'll send you a new link to get your card back. You can also speak to the team at your venue, and they can look up your membership and help.
